Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises AnaCap on its entry into exclusive negotiations for the sale of the banking group Milleis to LCL and Crédit Agricole Assurances

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier is advising AnaCap on its entry into exclusive negotiations with LCL and Crédit Agricole Assurances for the sale of Milleis, a long-standing independent player in private banking and wealth management in France.
This contemplated transaction will be subject to consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies of the various entities concerned. It would also remain subject to approvals of the relevant competition and regulatory authorities, with a potential completion of the transaction in the first half of 2026.
The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team, advising the controlling shareholder of the Milleis group (AnaCap), is led by Pierre Casanova and Charlotte Ferran (partners) with Paul Bertrand, Armand Centauri and Carla Elbaz dit Nouchy on corporate law, Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Anne-Sophie Del Grande on tax law, Henri Savoie (partner) and Guillaume Griffart (counsel) on public law and regulatory aspects as well as Guillaume Aubron and Constance Bocket (partners) and Solène Balesi on antitrust aspects.
