Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Yotta Capital Partners and NGP Capital, lead investors, as well as BNP Paribas Développement in the context of the 50M€ Series B funding achieved by SCINTIL Photonics.

SCINTIL Photonics is a French company based in Grenoble, developing and commercializing silicon photonic integrated circuits with integrated lasers for AI datacenters.

The Darrois team was led by Olivier Huyghues Despointes (partner), Chaïmaa Hainoune and Armand Centauri in corporate/M&A, as well as Loïc Védie (partner) in tax.
