Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues in the context of its delisting offer followed by a squeeze-out on the shares of Colas

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues in the context of its delisting offer on the shares of Colas at a price of 175 euros per Colas share, representing a total consideration of c. 180 million euros.

As indicated in the draft offer documentation, Bouygues will then carry out a squeeze-out of Colas’ shares.

The Darrois team is led by Christophe Vinsonneau (partner) and composed of Cécile de Narp (counsel) and Léonor Boulanger for the M&A aspects, Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Bryan Costa for the tax aspects and Martin Lebeuf (partner) for the financing aspects.
