Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues on its €450 million dual tranche tap bond issue

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier has advised its client Bouygues S.A. (“Bouygues”) on its dual-tranche tap bond issuance for a total amount of €450 million, consisting of (i) a €250 million tranche bearing interest at an annual rate of 1.375% and maturing in 2027 to be assimilated and form a single series with its existing 2027 bonds and (ii) a €200 million tranche bearing interest at an annual rate of 0.500% and maturing in 2030 to be assimilated and form a single series with its existing 2030 bonds.
The net proceeds of the issue will be used by Bouygues for its general corporate purposes.
The bonds are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
