Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises SAS Rue La Boétie, majority shareholder of Crédit Agricole S.A., on its intention to purchase Crédit Agricole S.A. shares for a maximum amount of five hundred million euros, subject to the necessary required authorizations.

For this purpose, SAS Rue La Boétie entered into a financial contract with a financial institution, providing for the forward acquisition of Crédit Agricole S.A. shares.
