Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises the French State in connection with the discussions on the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier is advising the French State in the context of the discussions on the evolution of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance.

Renault Group and Nissan have entered into a binding framework agreement with a view to reaching final agreements on various operational projects, strategic initiatives, a rebalancing of cross-shareholdings between Renault Group and Nissan and renewed governance.

As a result of this reconfiguration, the governance agreement entered into on February 4, 2016 between Renault Group and the French State relating to its stake in Renault Group would be terminated. This would allow the French State to freely exercise all its voting rights in Renault Group.
