Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised NRJ Group in the context of its successful action before the Paris Commercial Court for unfair competition

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised NRJ Group before the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de commerce), which condemned Fun Radio and Métropole Télévision (as successor to Ediradio – RTL) for unfair competition and ordered them to pay the NRJ group companies the sum of 10,344,881.39 in damages for having broadcast messages on Fun Radio’s morning show that manipulated Mediametrie’s radio audience measurement.
