Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier defended the NRJ group in its dispute with Mr. Sébastien Cauet

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier defended the NRJ group in its dispute with Sébastien Cauet and his companies. Following the suspension of his radio show, Mr. Cauet and his companies filed an application with the Paris Commercial Court, asking that NRJ be condemned for breach of contract and claiming several million in damages. In a decision dated May 7, 2024, the court rejected all these claims and ruled that the agreements under dispute had become inapplicable, as NRJ had argued.

The Darrois team comprised Didier Théophile, Laurent Aynès (partners) and Ambroise Blanluet.

NRJ was also defended by Maître Thierry Marembert of Kiejman & Marembert.
