Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier Elior Group in the context of the potential acquisition by Elior of Derichebourg Multiservices

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Elior Group in the context of the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with Derichebourg Group, under which Elior Group would acquire Derichebourg Multiservices in exchange for new Elior Group shares issued to Derichebourg.
