Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises New R and its shareholders in connection with the sale of its remaining stake in La Redoute to group Galeries Lafayette

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised New R, the entity held by Nathalie Balla, Éric Courteille, the management of La Redoute and the FCPER (the fund allowing the employees to be involved into the La Redoute’s turnaround) in connection with the sale of its remaining stake in La Redoute to the Galeries Lafayette group.

The Darrois team was led by Christophe Vinsonneau (partner) and comprised Charlotte Ferran (counsel) and Grégoire Fournier La Touraille for the M&A and corporate aspects and Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Pierre Dabin for the tax aspects.

The Galeries Lafayette group was advised by Latham & Watkins.
