Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier names three new partners

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier partners have decided to name three new partners effective January 1st, 2020: Julie Pasternak, Mathieu Della Vittoria and Orphée Grosjean.
Julie Pasternak, 35 years old (DJCE Nancy) joined the firm in 2012 after starting her career in 2011. She assists the firm’s clients in complex business law litigation and has developed a practice in unfair competition litigation. Julie acts before commercial, civil and criminal courts and in pre-litigation and transactional proceedings.
Mathieu Della Vittoria, 36 years old (DJCE Nancy) started his career in 2009. He joined Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in 2015 to support the development of the restructuring practice. Mathieu focuses on pre-insolvency proceedings and litigations related to bankruptcy proceedings. He was elected as a Secretaire de la Conference du Barreau de Paris (2012).
Orphée Grosjean, 37 years old (ESCP Europe, Lyon III) started his career in 2011, at the firm. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange law and corporate governance as well as in litigation arising from such matters. He advises listed and non-listed companies, family-controlled corporations as well as private equity funds, in domestic and cross-border transactions.
