Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier secures the suspension of the enforcement of an ICC arbitral award for the Italian company Astaris (formerly Astaldi) in annulment proceedings against the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia before the Paris Court of Appeal

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier secured for Astaris the suspension of the enforcement of an arbitral award as part of the ongoing annulment proceedings of such award before the Paris Court of Appeal.

Previously, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier successfully represented Astaris in its request to dismiss the inadmissibility claim raised by the Roads Department.
